11. Minors & Age Restriction

If jbingo discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data to the extent permitted by law, and forfeit any associated balances in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child under the age of 21 has provided personal data to jbingo, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

jbingo primarily processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. However, some of our third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers, game studios, and fraud detection services — may process data in other countries.

Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jbingo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to that required under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. These safeguards may include:
