1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jbingo website located at jbingo.net, including all associated mobile-optimized pages, games, promotions, and services offered by jbingo (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

jbingo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered account holders, guests browsing the Platform, and any person accessing the Platform from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access is not prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the jbingo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jbingo, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jbingo or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

jbingo reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on jbingo, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) jbingo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. jbingo shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available, which jbingo strongly recommends;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify jbingo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jbingo shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jbingo of a security breach in a timely manner.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jbingo supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jbingo does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind, and does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits are subject to a minimum deposit amount as specified on the jbingo cashier page. Deposits are generally credited to your jbingo wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jbingo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified bank account in your name;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified in the cashier section;
• jbingo reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal;
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements;
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be requested.

jbingo reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jbingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all jbingo promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and table games may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse: jbingo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes but is not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.

jbingo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jbingo Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.

By participating in any game on jbingo, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill as applicable to the specific game type;
• jbingo's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute;
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays — in the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, jbingo reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games as displayed within the game interface;
• jbingo reserves the right to suspend or void any game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or fraudulent activity.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the player must notify jbingo support within 72 hours of the disputed event. jbingo's decision following investigation shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jbingo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jbingo staff or other players through any communication channel.

jbingo employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement agencies in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct are subject to immediate freeze and forfeiture pending investigation.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jbingo is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You may be required to submit the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, or PRC ID;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, dated within the last three months;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the GCash, PayMaya, or bank account used for deposits;
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, jbingo may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gaming activity.

jbingo reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with jbingo's Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any jbingo trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of jbingo's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jbingo.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jbingo, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or service interruptions;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jbingo makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

jbingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your jbingo account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jbingo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting jbingo's support team. jbingo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within that period, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

jbingo operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR for online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jbingo may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jbingo will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the jbingo Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
